Step with me into the world of LYDIA.....
The LYDIA dye studio is located in the heart of Summerville, SC. We are about 30 minutes north of Charleston, located in the historic district of the town that invented sweet tea. In Summerville you can find oak treas and spanish moss older than time itself where life runs at a more leisurely pace and fiber is dyed with the utmost care. Homes in this area have mastered the test of time and the population always has time for a quick greeting. The remaining local yarn store is thriving and LYDIA yarn is available in multiple colors in a basket by the check-out. The town of Summerville is also the home to the local chapter of the Knitting Guild. The community of Summerville is a very fiber oriented place, if you are a fiber enthusiast Summerville is a place that can't be missed in your travels.
The LYDIA dye studio is closed to the public but is always a buzz with new colors and dye techniques. Often seen in the background of Instagram and Facebook photos, the dye studio has been painted in colors that inspire creativity and the mannequins are always the best dressed.
Of course the magic is not all condensed to just the dye studio... LYDIA yarn can be found all over the country at fiber shows, Details and design have been poured over to maximize the shopping experience.
